ACS solutions team members are trained to participate in each phase of the software development life cycle. They will provide business analysis to help you create a functional specification of your requirements. Using the functional specification our software and data architects can provide a technical specification. The technical specification is the blueprint for the project manager to direct the construction of your application. Prototyping and testing of at risk portions of the project may be considered at this point. Project management time tables and milestone charts give you a status at a glance view of our progess. Final acceptance and testing plans are presented to ensure that what you ordered is what you got! Ongoing maintenance and support are defined for your internal staff OR they can be part of an application life-time support package. We have played an integral part in many enterprise wide projects.
