Kelley began his career with ACS as Strategic Business Unit Manager and Dallas Regional Manager. In addition to his work with ACS, he has more than 25 years experience in BPO services and information management, having held several key positions in loan administration, retail services, healthcare management and environmental systems. Most recently, Kelley served as executive vice president of Loan Administration with County-wide Mortgage.
