Richard Klingshirn joined ACS with the acquisition of Intellinex LLC, a subsidiary of Ernst & Young LLP, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. He oversaw operations and delivery of learning services to clients, as well as the company’s legal and HR functions.
During his eight years with Intellinex, Klingshirn also served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Earlier in his tenure, he oversaw development and delivery of learning services to the Ernst & Young Assurance and Advisory Business Services Practice, where he was instrumental in developing and implementing the firm’s eLearning transformation.
Klingshirn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Cleveland State University and is a licensed CPA in Ohio.
